The Pagosa Springs Church of Christ is an autonomous, non-denominational group of Christians, as taught in the New Testament.

We believe the Bible is the truth and the inspired word of God. Following it pleases God (2 Peter 1:3).

We are not guided by man-made doctrines (Mat 7:7-9).

We are committed to the continual study of the Bible so that we can come to a better understanding of God’s true nature and His abundant love. That understanding shows us how God wants us to think and to live(2 Tim 2:15).

By following God’s word and Christ’s example our lives honor God and bring Him praise and glory and are actually a form of worship of God. (Rom 12:1-2)

We follow the New Testament Christians examples and meet on the first day of the week (Sunday) to collectively worship together: studying God’s word, praying, singing songs of praise and edification, taking of the memorial of the Lord’s death and resurrection (commonly referred to as The Lord’s Supper), listening to teachings of God’s word, and giving of our livelihood.
